Maintenance Manager in Rochester, Minnesota For Sale

A Fortune 100 Food/Beverage company is in search of a Maintenance Manager that oversees maintenance methods for compliance with established policies and be responsible for maintenance management. The Maintenance Manager supports and leads all major commercialization projects at the facility and main contact working with all associated Business Units on business development activities and major initiatives. Develops preliminary scopes, estimates and technical alternatives in these efforts. The Maintenance Manager maintains compliance with KSRMP Safety Policies and Procedures and specifically responsible for KSRMP elements (Engineering Controls) and (Contractors). The qualified candidate manages engineering personnel and activities for al PS and PI project work including: layouts, scope, design, savings analysis, drawing management, and adherence to all local, state, and federal rules and regulations. The Maintenance Manager prepares and maintains annual and long range capital budgets for the facility. Will prioritize projects based on external/internal quality, safety, and environmental compliance. The Maintenance Manager develops maintenance methods with Maintenance Team Leaders for improved work quality, safety and housekeeping. The Maintenance Manager examines and approves submitted Repair and Capital project appropriations and provides overall management of stock and spare parts use and inventory for effective allocation of investment. The Manager ensures that maintenance, power plant and sewage disposal operating responsibilities conform to state and local laws and insurance provisions and regulations and assists in preparation of fiscal maintenance budgets. The Maintenance Manager arranges for special outside contractor work to economically supplement maintenance crew capacity and skills and coordinates closely with Maintenance Team Leaders to provide maximum utilization of resources. The company requires a B.S. degree and a minimum 10 years engineering, project management, and operations experience. Working knowledge of lean six sigma; preferably, green belt certified. UIxxxx28
