Property Management company is seeking a part time maintenance tech to join our team. This is a 254 unit property located in Brooklyn Park, MN. Must Live on site. Experience in the apartment industry is a plus. Must have plumbing & electrical experience, own vehicle and tools. This position will be on call 24 hours as well. Duties include but limited to: plumbing and electrical issues, turn over maintenance, caretaking of the property preventative maintenance and other duties as needed.
