I need someone to take over all of my paperwork; *manage 50 to 100 property files in different stages of the listing and sale process *organizing and entering new listings in the mls *taking over my files from the time I get an accepted offer on them until closing * BPO/CMA data entry * responding to emails and following up with clients, vendors, and other agents Requirements: MUST have background in real estate and understand the process of listing and closing a sale; all the details that have to be met, follow up, data entry, etc. Must have computer skills as all forms are online. Need to be very team oriented
