21 year old male RN hired at Mayo Clinic. I start April 18th so I would want to move in during that month. I'm looking for 1-2 roommates to get either a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment or townhouse near the Mayo Clinic West Shuttle Lot off of 2nd St SW. Rent would vary depending on where we decided to live. Places I'm considering: Avalon Cove Townhomes Grandeville at Cascade Lake Woodridge Apartments I have lived in Avalon Cove before and if we get a 3 bedroom, there are 2 garage slots, so 1 other roommate could also park inside, or we can work a rotation schedule out. The other places both only have 1 garage slot so you would pay less and park outside, or we could pay equal and rotate who gets the garage when! I'm an easy going, fun loving guy. I do like things to be clean and am picky about having clean dishes and a clean kitchen so please be willing to help keep that room almost spotless! I have everything we would need for the kitchen already. The other rooms we can work the furnishings out together! Bathrooms could be private or shared depending on where we live.
