Looking for place to park pickup and small trailer in north metro please in Rochester, Minnesota For Sale

Came back to town and thought I had a place to park my work truck I am going to refinish the box and cab on but the friend had to move out of his farm. The truck is sitting on the street with current tabs on it but the engines timing chain and head gasket need to be repaired and I dont quite have the time or extra money right because I am just starting to get mobile auto repairs here from postings. The truck moves and rolls, just wont start for now. The trailer is a 4 by 8 so its going to be hooked to the back of the pickup for the winter and if I need it, I will come get it to move something. I am new guy and help alot of people but sadly dont get the help back but this trailer was given to me in arizona because I helped a friend there do something and so I built the sides on it and brought my stuff home in September. Also trying to find a room, finished basement in a place where I can barter my skills. I am a trained auto tech and enjoy working for myself. Maybe you have a space for cheaper rent and can use my skills while I get my new business here off the ground? I am sadly sleeping in my car in November now because sister did not get the right information about having a guest at her facility where she lives(she has head injury from car accident). I have my whole 30 by 30 storage locker up for sale because I want to buy a motorhome in the spring to live in and get rid of the house hold stuff. I AM OFFERING 400.00 IN AUTO REPAIR LABOR AT $45.00 AN HOUR TO LET ME PARK THIS VEHICLE UNTIL JULY. Maybe if it can stay longer while I remove the cab and box this would be good too. Hate to get rid of it by junking it based on its appearance because I have already rebuilt the transmission, front and rear differentials.....who knows maybe someone needs and plow truck?
